UMEQAM operates exclusively as an independent AI research project founded and directed by Ahmetyar Charyguliyev. UMEQAM is not a commercial enterprise, corporate entity, or legal contracting party.

All commercial viability, corporate software licensing, user account management, financial invoicing, and transactional data operations are managed solely by our designated commercial operator: NokatPro (Software Development Services, official activity registration code 6201), founded by Didar Shyhdurdyiev.

Any formal B2B data processing agreements (DPA) or service level agreements (SLA) must be executed directly with NokatPro.

What Data We Process

When interacting with licensed algorithmic components via the active deployment infrastructure, the following datasets are evaluated:

• Submitted Contextual Sequences — The text vectors sent to the endpoints to perform real-time epistemic or alignment evaluation.
• Authentication Tokens — System keys utilized by the NokatPro infrastructure to authorize endpoint requests and monitor platform quota metrics.
• Evaluation Metadata — Timestamps, operational latencies, parameter targets, and generated deterministic state classifications.
• Immutable Audit Records — Executed operations produce a distinct tracking string (audit_id) alongside a structured validation log for organizational auditing.

Data Monetization Exclusion

Neither the independent research core nor the commercial infrastructure retains data for monetization purposes.

• We do not collect behavioral telemetry, ad-tracking pixels, or user-identity traits from sequence contents.
• We do not sell, distribute, or broker evaluated operational content to external marketing channels.
• All platform infrastructure maintenance funding is generated strictly from explicit API utilization and licensing arrangements administered via NokatPro.

Processing Framework & Runtime Memory

Sequence execution strings pass through the structural validation pipeline in active system memory:

• Internal Shield Routine — A deterministic sequence evaluation matrix evaluating context density, structure lengths, and vector confusion thresholds.
• Regulatory Evaluation Engines — Compares signal data against chosen structural targets to compute weighted exposure results and trace metrics.

Processed data tokens are handled in ephemeral memory routines. Generated sequence information is kept within the user's specific audit records, and is not utilized to optimize or train baseline model frameworks without direct instruction.

Retention Protocols

Generated audit evaluation results containing the tracking string (audit_id), framework parameters, and structural results are maintained for reference:

• Standard research validation records are kept for a default duration of 90 days.
• Enterprise accounts may request customized data storage lifetimes through their corporate contracts with NokatPro.
• Account managers can execute total record purges by contacting the administration interface.

Infrastructure & Core Providers

The operational platform architecture leverages specific hosting and infrastructure components:

• Deployment Operations — System infrastructure hosting is maintained via secure Railway environments.
• Deep Alignment Verification — Specific validation actions use deep processing ensembles (including GPT-4o and DeepSeek structures) to match complex compliance criteria under appropriate developer terms.

Security Controls

Data strings in transit leverage mandatory HTTPS/TLS cryptographic layers. Access mechanisms are hashed securely at rest. The resulting data records are write-once and tamper-evident by design to ensure transparency.
